Shipping policy

IMPRNT products are made to order through our print partners. Your order timeline has two parts: production time and shipping time.
Production time
Each item is printed and prepared specifically for you. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
Shipping time
After production, estimated delivery is:
- United States: approximately 3 to 8 business days
- International: approximately 10 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. The total time to receive an order is production time plus shipping time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Orders with multiple items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and reshipment for an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@imprnt.shop and we will help track it down.
